Example Site Plans (Residential Only)

Use the example site plans below as a guide to creating your own site plan to submit for your zoning permit. These example site plans are relevant for new residential dwellings, accessory dwellings, or accessory structures. Commercial site plans must be prepared by an engineer and must go through the commercial review process.

*Site plans must show setbacks from property lines and other structures. Site plans must include the dimensions of the proposed dwelling or structure.
