SGWASA Connect Expands Access to Utility Information, Expertise and Customer Support

The South Granville Water and Sewer Authority will bring customers together with the
professionals advancing water quality, infrastructure and customer service initiatives
during SGWASA Connect: Community Information Expo on Wednesday, October 21,
2026, from 5:00 to 7:30 PM.

The drop-in expo will expand public access beyond SGWASA’s website, Board meetingsand published reports by placing project information, educational media and subject-matter experts in one location. Customers will have an opportunity to ask questions, examine project materials and gain added view of the work supporting water and
wastewater services throughout the SGWASA service area.

Representatives from SGWASA, engineering teams, contractors and participating project
partners will present information on PFAS mitigation, the I-85 Sanitary Sewer Improvement
Project, the completed filter media replacement project, active water-quality initiatives,
and SGWASA’s water and wastewater treatment master plans.
Project displays will offer a closer look at the planning, technology and fieldwork behind
these initiatives, details customers may not ordinarily encounter through a written update.
